This year's Tshetshik Prize for Strategic Studies on Israel's Security was awarded to Professor Yoram Peri and Ofer Shelah and Raviv Drucker. Among those speaking on civil-military relations in the seminar following the award were Professor Ruth Gavison and Yisrael Maimon, former seceretary to the Israeli government.
