The Institute for National Security Studies (INSS) held its annual international conference in the Smolarz Auditorium at Tel Aviv University on January 28-30, 2020. The theme of this year's conference was "Strategic Assessment for Israel: A Look at the Coming Decade." The conference explored the security challenges and opportunities of the next decade through four principal avenues: the global arena, the Middle East, external security challenges to the State of Israel, and finally, internal issues concerning Israeli society.
