    Police Major General (ret.) Meni Yitzhaki served in the Israeli Police Force and the Israeli Defense Forces as an officer in Command Headquarters, Investigations, and Intelligence. His last posts in the police force were: Commander of the Jerusalem District, Head of Lahav 433, and Head of the Investigations and Intelligence Department. During his service he led complex and sensitive operational activities, mainly in Jerusalem, operated various intelligence gathering measures, and directed investigations, with an emphasis on combating criminal organizations, public corruption, nationalist crime, and international crime. He participated in initiatives and programs for the eradication of violent crime and the establishment of technological systems, centers of intelligence research, information mining, cyber, sigint, forensics, and international warfare against drug smuggling to Israel. Maj. Gen. (ret.) Yitzhaki headed the standing national committee responsible for the integrated economic attack of all law enforcement agencies in Israel with international coordination. In national and organizational forums, including government bodies, Government Judicial Advisory, the State Attorney's Office, and intelligence agencies, he was called on to participate in the decision making process and brainstorming sessions, to present position papers, and to offer an intelligence picture on a wide range of issues that relate directly and indirectly to police missions. Maj. Gen. (ret.) Yitzhaki holds a B.A. and M.A. in political science and is a graduate of the National Security College.
