Noa Aviran is the Executive Assistant to the Executive Director of the INSS. Previously, she held a student position at Israel’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where she worked in both the Security Clearance Department of the HR and Security Division, and the Regional Security and Counter-Terrorism Department within the Strategic Affairs Directorate. Her responsibilities included producing OSINT-based reports and maintaining ongoing communication with international stakeholders.
During her military service, Noa served as an Education and Training NCO, commanding new immigrants and returning residents. She led programs designed to instill Zionist values and deepen understanding of Israeli history and culture. She was also responsible for developing educational content and organizing meaningful field tours for her unit.
Noa is nearing the completion of her B.A. in Political Science, International Relations, and Communications at the Open University of Israel.
