INSS held an evening seminar on the Winograd Report. Commission members Justice (ret.) Eliyahu Winograd, Professor Ruth Gavison, and Maj. Gen. (ret.) Menahem Einan participated. Lt. Gen. (ret.) Amnon Lipkin Shahak, chairman of the government committee for implementation of the Winograd Commission's findings and Maj. Gen. (ret.) Giora Eiland, INSS assessed how well the Commission's conclusions have been implemented. The seminar (in Hebrew) was held at INSS and was broadcast live on the INSS website.
