The Institute for National Security Studies hosted Luis Moreno Ocampo, the former prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC). Ocampo met in a closed forum with Institute fellows and invited guests. The topic of the meeting was the growing importance of the ICC and its influence on the conduct of countries, including Israel, as well as Ocampo’s recommendations for how the court may be able to work in Israel’s interests.
