To mark ten years since the outbreak of the Second Lebanon War, INSS held a symposium to examine the outcomes and lessons of the war, as well as the changes along Israel's northern border in the past decade. Among the speakers: former Defense Minister MK Amir Peretz, former Foreign Affairs Minister MK Tzipi Livni, former IDF Chief of General Staff Lt. Gen. (ret.)
