    Adv. Ofer Granot is a Senior Visiting Fellow in the Diane & Guilford Glazer Israel-China Policy Center at the INSS, and a partner in Herzog, Fox & Neeman. At the INSS, Ofer focuses on the legal aspects of the economic and technological rivalry between China and the US, on investments regulations and trade controls, and on incentives and fiscal issues.

    Ofer is a graduate of Harvard Law School (LL.M.) and recipient of the Fulbright Scholarship of the U.S. government. He also holds an LL.B (magna cum laude) and an Undergraduate Degree in Economics (magna cum laude) from Tel Aviv University.

    Before practicing as a lawyer, Ofer clerked in the Supreme Court of Israel and served in the IDF as an intelligence officer.
