Dr. Ilan Steiner is the Chief Finance and Operations Officer of INSS. Ilan served as Director of Currency and member of the Bank of Israel's executive management. Previously he was the Deputy Director General of the Israel Competition Authority. Ilan is a graduate of the Wexner Senior Leadership Program at Harvard University and he holds a PhD in Law and LLB and LLM degrees from Haifa University.
