National Security Assessment
The national security assessment is essentially similar to the one measured in the previous wave: 35% of the public assess the situation as bad (ratings 1–2) and 25% assess it as good (ratings 4–5). The midpoint of the scale remains the most common category (38%), unchanged from the previous survey. Assessments are more negative among Arab respondents: 45% assess the situation as bad, compared to 33% among Jewish respondents. This gap may reflect perceptions of the internal security situation within Arab society.
