The Elections in Germany and their Implications for Europe and the Relations with Israel

The symposium took place in light of the upcoming elections in Germany, as well as its growing power and status in the EU in particular and the international community in general. The main issues addressed: The impact of the election results on Germany's compliance with EU and Brexit challenges;  Europe-US relations and Europe's role in the Middle East; The extreme right and its influence on the election campaign; Germany's confrontation with the rise of anti-Semitism;  The future of the special relationship between Israel and Germany.
